Notice is hereby given that on 14 November 2017 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Forfar Sheriff Court by E.ON Energy Solutions Limited, a Company registered under the Companies Acts under Company Number 03407430 and having their registered office at Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry CV4 8LG and having a place of business at Trinity House, 2 Burton Street, Nottingham NG1 4BX for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up FOODMARKET (FORFAR) LIMITED T/A SPAR, COMPANY NUMBER SC385874 having their registered office at 48a Market Street, Forfar DD8 3EW and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 14 November 2017 ordained all parties interested to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Forfar Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Market Street, Forfar DD8 3LA within eight days after intimation and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
