A Petition to wind up Foodco London Limited (company number 09460532) of Unit 5 Oakwood Estate, South Road, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2BZ, whose nature of business is the wholesale of fruit and vegetable juices, mineral water and soft drinks, sugar and chocolate and sugar confectionery, coffee, tea, cocoa and spices and the retail sale of flowers, plants, seeds, fertilisers, pet animals and pet food in specialised stores, was presented on 3 September 2019, at 11.27 by CHIC & BASIC 2010 S.L. of Calle Casteillejos Number 25, Planta Baja, 08013, Barcelona, Spain, a creditor of the company, and will be heard at the Companies Court, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 12NL on Wednesday 23 October 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner or to its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 Insolvency Rules 1986 by 4pm on Tuesday 22 October 2019.
