At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 6 Packwood Cottages, Dorridge, B93 8QA on 12 March 2021 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Fender (IP No. 6898) and Sandra Fender (IP No. 23272) both of Sanderlings Accountancy Services Limited, Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SG be and are hereby appointed joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 12 March 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Andrew Fender and Sandra Fender as joint liquidators.
