“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Adam Charles Southard, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Lochrin Square, 92-98 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA, (IP Nos. 008368 and 11930) be and hereby are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
