“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Charles Southard and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Lochrin Square, 92-98 Fountainblidge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA , (IP Nos: 11930 and 008368) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally".
