Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 October 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Laurence Pagden (IP No. 9055) and Jonathan David Bass (IP No. 11790) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be and hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
