At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Fullarton Lodge, Crow Hill Drive, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 7AE on 20 November 2020, the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
