"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Upton (IP No. 9594) of Ensors, Victory House, Vision Park, Chivers Way, Histon, Cambridge, CB24 9ZR and David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) of Ensors, Connexions, 159 Princes Street, Ipswich IP1 1QJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
