At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 9 December 2019, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

1 “That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

2 “That Seamas Keating (office holder number 10610) of PKF-FPM Accountants Ltd, 1-3 Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

At the subsequent virtual creditors’ meeting held on 9 December 2019, the appointment of Seamas Keating as Liquidator was confirmed.
