NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at on 28 March 2018 at 10.30am for the purpose of the establishment of a creditors’ committee and to approve the basis of the Liquidator’s fees and Category 2 disbursements.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting as follows: Please contact Sophie Murcott of MB Insolvency on the below contact details at least one business day prior to the virtual meeting which will be held via ringcentral.com.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proofs to MB Insolvency, 11 Roman Way, Berry Hill, Droitwich, Worcestershire WR9 9AJ. Proofs must be received by 4pm on the business day before the meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the virtual meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxy with the Liquidator before they may be used at the meeting.

The convener of the meeting is The Liquidator.

NOTE: the meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
