“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be hereby wound up voluntarily and that Jamie Playford (IP No. 9735) of Leading Corporate Recovery, Lawrence House, 5 St Andrews Hill, Norwich, NR2 1AD be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company.”
