NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of BDO Northern Ireland, Lindsay House, 10 Callender Street, Belfast, BT1 5BN on Thursday 25 March 2021 at 11am, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and approving the Liquidators release pursuant to Article 148 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989.
