I Matthew Dadson was a Director of F M Realised Limited previously Fidgit Media Limited

during the twelve months ending with the day before 6 November 2018 when the Company was placed

into Administration, give notice that it is my intention to act in or one or more of the ways

specified in Section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act in connection with, or for the purpose of,

the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the Insolvent Company

under the trading style "Fidgit Media Limited".
