"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Rebecca Dacre and Simon David Chandler of Mazars LLP of The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FF be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
