A petition to wind up the above-named company Flybe Group Limited (Company Number: 01373432) (the “Company”) of New Walker Hangar, Exeter International Airport, Clyst Honiton, Exeter, EX5 2BA, the former holding company of the group of companies that operated the international airline “flybe” and a non-trading company with SIC code 74990, presented on 17 December 2020 at 1.30 p.m. by Mr. Mark Michael Charles Anderson, the sole director of the Company, of New Walker Hangar, Exeter International Airport, Clyst Honiton, Exeter, EX5 2BA (the “Petitioner”) will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 24 February 2021 at 10:30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to attend the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of that intention in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 4.00 p.m. on Tuesday 23 February 2021.
