Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 1 October 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Anthony John Ramsbottom (IP No. 8990) of CVR Global LLP, 6th Floor, Broad Quay House, Prince Street, Bristol, BS1 4DJ and Richard Howard Toone (IP No. 9146) of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1AA respectively, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by one of them."
