A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 19 December 2019 by EXCLUSITALY LIMITED of St James's House, Austenwood Lane, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8SG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of International House, 64 Nile Street, London N1 7SR will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL at 10.30 am on Wednesday 29 January 2020 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on Tuesday 28 January 2020.
