NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held on 31 January 2019 at 11.00 am, for the purpose provided for in section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to the offices of Geoffrey Martin & Co, 4 Carlton Court, Brown Lane West, Leeds, LS12 6LT (after 28 January 2019 post to c/o Geoffrey Martin & Co, 3rd Floor, One Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5AB). All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4:00pm on the business day before the meeting. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 11:00 am on 31 January 2019.

NOTE: the meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
