Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 November 2016 as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Newell, of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 1NS and Graham Randall, of Quantuma LLP, Bath House, 6-8 Bath Street, Bristol, BS1 6HL, (IP Nos. 9051 and 13690), be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 30 November 2016 the appointment of Chris Newell and Graham Randall as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
