A Petition to wind up the above named company Fliirt Limited ("the Company") (company number 08802412) of 25-27 Tyrrel Street, Bradford BD1 1RU presented on 6 December 2016 by H.I.G. LUXEMBOURG HOLDINGS 79 S.A.R.L., claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2R 2LL, case reference 008075 of 2016, at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 30 January 2017 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard)
