Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at The Old Mill, Kings Mill, Kings Mill Lane, South Nutfield, Redhill, RH1 5NB on 21 February 2020 at 2.30 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) and Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
