At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 14 Shiell Hall Crescent, Rosewell, EH24 9DD on 13 August 2021 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH1 3PG, (IP No 9650) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 13 August 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Claire Middlebrook of Middlesbrooks Business Recovery & Advice Limited, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH1 3PG as Liquidator of the Company.
