A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Annecy Court, Ferry Works, Summer Road, Thames Ditton, Surrey, KT7 0QJ presented on 30 October 2020 by Mr James Patchett and Mr Martin Armstrong (together the "Petitioners") of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at The Companies Court at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 4 January 2021 at 12.00 noon (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
