At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held within the offices of KLM Chartered Accountants, 1st Floor, 153 Queen Street, Glasgow G1 3BJ on 18th June 2019 at 11.00am the following Resolutions were passed as 1. A Special Resolution and 2. An Ordinary Resolution of the company; -

1. "That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting, that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company be wound-up voluntarily"

2. "That Kenneth LeMay of KLM Chartered Accountants, 1st Floor, 153 Queen Street, Glasgow G1 3BJ be appointed as Liquidator of the Company".
