“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Bloomfield (IP No. 28390) and Glyn Mummery (IP No. 8996) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Dencora Court, 2 Meridian Way, Norwich, NR7 0TA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
