“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Simon David Chandler and Scott Christian Bevan, both of Mazars LLP, 45 Church Street, Birmingham B3 2RT, (IP Nos: 008822 and 009614) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such voluntary winding-up.”
