Pursuant to Section 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company, was duly convened and held at the offices of Parkin S Booth & Co, Yorkshire House, 18 Chapel Street, Liverpool L3 9AG at 12 noon on 12 April 2017, the following Resolutions were passed by the Creditors: 1 as a Special Resolution and 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

Resolutions:

1. “That the Members Voluntary Liquidation of the Company be converted to a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation”.

This has the effect that the Directors’ Declaration under Section 89 of the Insolvency Act 1986 had not been made.

and

2. That Ian C Brown (IP Number: 8621), of Parkin S Booth & Co, Yorkshire House, 18 Chapel Street, Liverpool L3 9AG, be appointed Liquidator of the Company.
