Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 27 April 2017 as a special resolution and the remaining as ordinary resolutions, respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen L Conn (IP No. 1762) and Jonathan E Avery-Gee (IP No. 1549) both of CG&Co, 17 St Ann’s Square, Manchester, M2 7PW be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office."
