At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held at the offices of Vedder Price, 4 Coleman Street, London, EC2R 5AR on 13 January 2020, a 4.20 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company to act either jointly or severally.”
