“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Davenport, of Maxim Business Recovery, Epic House, Suite G2, 18 Darnall Road, Sheffield, S9 5AA, (IP No. 14010) be and hereby is appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
