Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 1 November 2019 as a special resolution and as ordinary resolutions respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Philip Wood (IP No. 9148) and Lisa Jane Hogg (IP No. 9037) both of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."
