At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Sarah-Gordon House, Moorwell Business Park, Moorwell Road, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN17 2RU on 27 November 2019 at 3.00 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) and Karen Tracy Potts (IP No. 9358) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such voluntary winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them.”
