A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Fishpool Trading Limited (06752967) of 10-12 Parkhills Road, Bury BL9 9AX, whose nature of business is Retail sale in non-specialised stores with food, beverages or tobacco predominating , presented on Thursday 21 November 2019, at 00:00 by NPOWER DIRECT LIMITED, of Windmill Hill Business Park, Whitehill Way, Swindon SN5 6PB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 15 January 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
