A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company (incorporated in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), registered number ICC20190800, CBLS Number 11592971 and overseas entity number OE000676) of Dubai Office No. 416, Burlington Tower, Business Bay, P.O Box 487644, United Arab Emirates (as an overseas entity service of the petition was effected at 460 Stenson Road, Derby, DE23 1LN on the address of the director and secretary of the Company at incorporation, and the beneficial owner on the Registrar of Companies overseas entities register) presented on the 20 October 2022 by Umbrella Care Limited (In Liquidation), acting by its Joint Liquidator Louise Mary Brittain (in her capacity as Joint Liquidator) c/o Azets Holdings Ltd, 2nd Floor, Regis House, 45 King William Street, London EC4R 9AN, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The High Court of Justice, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on the 7 December 2022 at 10:30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on the 6 December 2022.
