“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alex Kachani (IP No. 5780) and Gareth Hunt (IP No. 19132) both of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Salford, Manchester, M3 7BG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
