At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held at The Sycamores, 43 Kneesworth Street, Royston, SG8 5AB on 20 December 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding up.”

The Joint Liquidators may act jointly or severally so that all functions may be exercised by either or both of the Liquidators.
