Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 9 November 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Comapny be wound up voluntarily and that Jamie Playford (IP No. 9735) of Leading, Lawrence House, 5 St Andrews Hill, Norwich, NR2 1AD and be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company."

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same day - Meghan Andrews and Stephen Paul Grant both of Azets, 2nd Floor, Regis House, 45 King William Street, London, EC4R 9AN were appointed Joint Liquidators in place of Jamie Playford.
