"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Thompson (IP No. 26370) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.”
