A Petition to wind up the above-named company Finno Medical Limited of Unit 13, The Redlands Business Centre, Redlands, Coulsdon, Surrey, CR5 2HT, was presented on Friday 25 May 2018, by PK INVESTMENTS of St Angelo Mansions, Unit 8, Block 6, Ground Floor, Birgu Waterfront, Vittoriosa, BRG 1738, Malta, claiming to be a creditor of Finno Medical Limited. The Petition will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 18 July 2018, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
