A Petition to wind up the above-named company Finno Medical Limited of Unit 13, The Redlands Business Centre, Redlands, Coulsdon, Surrey, CR5 2HT, presented on Friday 20 October 2017, by PK INVESTMENTS of St Angelo Mansions, Unit 8, Block 6, Ground Floor, Birgu Waterfront, Vittoriosa, BRG 1738, Malta, claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Monday 11 December 2017, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
