A Petition to wind up the above-named company Finno Medical Limited of Unit 13, The Redlands Business Centre, Redlands, Coulsdon, Surrey, CR5 2HT, was presented on Monday 22 October 2018, by PK INVESTMENTS of St Angelo Mansions, Unit 8, Block 6, Ground Floor, Birgu Waterfront, Vittoriosa, BRG 1738, Malta, claiming to be a creditor of Finno Medical Limited. The Petition will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 12 December 2018, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition, whether to support or oppose it must give notice of their intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Barrister in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 16:00 hours on 11 December 2018.
