At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH on 04 November 2016 at 12.00 noon the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Amie Johnson, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding up.” At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on 4 November 2016 at 12.30 pm, Anthony Davidson (IP No: 11730), of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, 26 Bedford Square, London, WC1B 3HP was appointed liquidator by the creditors.
