A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 46 Victoria Road, Worthing, West Sussex BN11 1XE, presented on 31 July 2017, by SHAWBROOK BANK LIMITED T/AS SHAWBROOK ASSET FINANCE, Shawbrook House Dorking Business Park, Station Road, Dorking RH4 1HJ, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse,1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 12 September 2017, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
