“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen James Hobson and Lucinda Clare Coleman of Francis Clark LLP, Vantage Point, Woodwater Park, Pynes Hill, Exeter EX2 5FD, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
