Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that the Joint Liquidators have summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors for the purpose of appointing a Liquidation Committee, and, if no Committee is appointed, considering resolutions fixing the basis of the Liquidators’ remuneration and authorising them to draw their category 2 disbursements. The meeting will be held at Price Bailey LLP, 7th Floor, Dashwood House, 69 Old Broad Street, London, EC2M 1QS, on 29 March 2016, at 10.00 am. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies with the Joint Liquidators at 7th Floor, Dashwood House, 69 Old Broad Street, London, EC2M 1QS by no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if this has not previously been submitted).
