"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) and Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
