At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 64 Harbour Road, Pagham, Bognor Regis, PO21 4TD on 20 January 2021 at 4.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Colin Ian Vickers (IP No. 8953) and Philip Harris (IP No. 23510) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 2, 2nd Floor, Phoenix House, 32 West Street, Brighton, BN1 2RT be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
