At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 773 Carolina Farms Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC, 29579, USA on 16 April 2019 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) and Karen Tracy Potts (IP No. 9358) both of Wilkin Chapman Silke Limited t/a Silke & Co, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them.”
