This notice is given by Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) and Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA and is to inform creditors that the joint liquidators intend to declare a first dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned Mark Grahame Tailby of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA by 31 December 2021. Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.

It is the joint liquidators' intention to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving.
