On 13 February 2017, the above-named Company will enter into insolvent liquidation, which had previously traded as FOXCROFT & GINGER.

We, Quintin Dawson and Georgina Dawson of 1 Blueprint Apartment, 16 Balham Grove, London, England, SW12 8AU, will be a director and shadow director respectively of the above-named company on the day it enters into liquidation.

We hereby give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more of the ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the above-named company under the following name: PIGTAIL KITCHEN LIMITED trading as FOXCROFT & GINGER.
